The Truth is in the Stars

This week The Deadly Vixens has decided to talk about horoscopes. I have to say, I’ve checked my horoscope many times to see what kind of day I’m projected to have. I get the daily horoscopes sent to me in my email and I read them all the time. It’s a lot of fun to find out what the stars have in store for us.

When I was a teenager, I bought one of those little pocket books that had a years worth of horoscopes in them. I put it in my purse and checked it often. It was right a lot of the time. I wonder if they still print those books? Maybe I should check it out and buy one again.

The horoscopes I get sent in my email aren’t near as accurate as the one’s I got in the book. The email horoscopes I receive are wrong more often than they are right. But, no matter what, I still read them daily.

I would love to have a real reading done. I’m sure it would be a lot better than the small snippets that I receive in the email. It would be more detailed at least. I think it would be fun to find out what it would say about me. And to be done by a professional, I’d be more likely to believe it.

I do believe that horoscopes can tell us a lot about ourselves. It just depends on who’s doing the reading. If they are done properly, horoscopes can provide us with a lot of insight into our lives. And they can be amazingly accurate.
