WEEKLY CONTEST

Welcome to our weekly contest on The Deadly Vixens blog! I apologize for getting this posted so late today. My day has been crazy and hectic with sports, starting with karate and ending with football.

Good luck to all participants!

The winner will receive BOTH of the current Last Call titles by our Thursday guest blogger, Moira Rogers! That will get you ready for the release of her third Last Call book: Tequila Sunrise.

So, if you're interested in entering this contest, tell me what you like best about the concept of the Last Call books. Leave your comment here in the Weekly Contest section.

One winner will be picked and announced on Tuesday, September 30, 2008.

Be sure to check back and see if you have won.

If your name is drawn as the winner, you will need to e-mail us at thedeadlyvixens@yahoo.com with your e-mail addres to claim your prize.

*WARNING* Some books may contain explicit material and are for persons 18 years of age or older. I definitely love the concept of having the drink that you order be a secret code for something that you want to do or have done to you! It would certainly cut down on a lot of the BS that goes on in singles bars these days I think,LOL.
I'm looking forward to reading this series, it's a neat premise and I'm a sucker for a sexy werewolf story!

For me, it is simply the paranormal. Add to that the hot romance and I am hooked!

What a great giveaway. I already have both these titles on my wish list. Heck, anything urban fantasy gets my attention these days. Plus this series has all of my favorite things: magic, werewolves, some humor, great sexual chemistry, and a smokin' hot erotic storyline.

I love to read anything paranormal and the hot erotic romance doesn't hurt:-)

Erotic romance meets paranormal, those 2 add up to 1 heck a good time in my book. These 2 books are on TBR list. Moira Rogers books are great.

Anything paranormal plus an easy way to live out your fantasy just by ordering a drink, who could hate that. What a great contest.

Awww, I'm so glad everyone loves the concept! Thanks for all the great comments, everyone! :)

And maybe this is a good time to drop the news that we just signed two new Last Call contracts for Virgin Daiquiri (Looking for a first lover) and Tequila Sunset (Looking for submission.) So there will be plenty more hot paranormal fun to be had!

What a neat concept. I have added these two to my list. What attracts me is the paranormal anda the heat but the drink idea is fantastic. Great Job!!

Paranormal, shifters and more all mixed in with magic. These drinks accomplish more than just getting one drunk. Also can have multiple people interact because anyone can show up at a bar.

Last Call....it brings to mine your last chance to move toward some, to resolve something, to get something... in this case its the women willingly (despite the call of nature) to put themselves out there.

It takes guts because of course all types of guys will answer the call, but will she pick the right one.

Last call is an adventure...toward what could be the perfect prize for both the giver and the receiver.

What I like most about them is Moira Rogers has written them, and she (they!) hit my kinks but good. ;)

It tells them in quiet way what you would like. and all are by Moira Rogers that makes them even better

I like the concept of the LAST CALL - bar drinks to help identify the possible "opportunities." To me it sounds like a new, unique take for a paranormal series.
Thanks for the contest.

I really love the idea that the drinks take the guesswork out of what you want- simplifies things a lot more than real life- but I really love the idea of an exclusive place for those of the paranormal. After all, in a real bar there might be humans about who have no idea, so the paranormals have to hide it; but in a bar of their own, anything could happen.
