I thought that I'd post a fun poem today. Tell me what you think of it.
------
That Fated Night
One cold, cold night
I had quite a fright
While driving tonight
A large dog crossed my sight.
Without a warning
During the storming
That large dog a whining
I felt quite a pining
And went upon his gathering.
The dog in my care
I dare not despair
For I shall bear
This burden quite fair.
Inside my house
It is as quiet as a mouse
For I have no louse
Of a spouse
To disturb my house.
When I settle
I go on to mettle
With fixing my kettle
Of tea that I ettle
Though I still feel quite nettle.
My gaze shifts to the dog
But no more a dog
I see but a man with the glorious eyes of a bog
Who is definitely like no frog
I've seen nor like a hog.
He is indeed a beauty.

3 deadly screams:
I loved it and the rhyming was great! Great poem!
Thanks, Gracen! :D I'm glad you liked it. It was something that I had toyed around with just for fun, and figured I'd post it. =)
That was great Sarah. Laughed out loud at this part "Inside my house
It is as quiet as a mouse For I have no louse Of a spouse To disturb my house."
Terrific!!
